I LOVE Italian food, so I just had to come here with a cute date. This place didn't disappoint! It was Mother's Day and becoming quite busy once we got there, but that didn't stop Asaria C. from giving us excellent service the whole time. There were plentiful gluten free options on the menu, and they were so delicious! I had a pesto pasta, fried mozzarella, chocolate raspberry martini, and these seasonal donuts. Fantastico!

This place was absolutely delicious! Was so excited to have Italian food because we don’t have any Italian at home. This place did not disappoint! We didn’t have a reservation, but they got us in right away. And the tiramisu... oh my! We ate it too fast and forgot to take a picture. Would definitely go back!!!

I spent my Valentine's dinner here. It was the perfect place. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and flavorful. It was a great dining experience.

Very nice restaurant, close to everything. The service was great even with our large group. They accommodated us perfectly. The food was good and nice portions plus reasonable prices. I would recommend to eat if you are in the area.

This was one of our best dining experiences while we stayed in Portland. The food quality certainly stole the show and the portions were large. The food was well balanced and very authentic! The service was kind and authentic while the atmosphere was clean and calming but the tables could use some warm accent lighting to bring life into the setting. Other cozy touches such as more plants around the open floor plan would make the space more comforting. Thank you!

The food was great and the building interior was pretty classy. The service was awesome as well especially when they had our seafood pasta served in two plates already since we’re sharing one order. We liked the fried Calamari too!

Many restaurants that only serve pizza and pasta call themselves Italian Restaurants, but they are not. There are also many Italian Restaurants that only serve Northern Italian Cuisine with few or no dishes with marinara sauce. That is not my type of Italian cuisine. By contrast, Mama Mia Trattoria serves many Southern Italian dishes that I'm used to finding offered in Italian Restaurants such as Eggplant and Chicken Parmesan, Chicken and Veal Scallopine Marsala, Lasagna, Manicotti, Gnocchi, and of course, Spaghetti & Meatballs! It also serves Italian desserts like Cannoli and Italian Gelato as well as many Italian wines like Chianti, Prosecco, and even the dessert wine, Grappa! The service was excellent and the food plentiful and delicioius! We'll definitely be coming back to this restaurant.

We arrived at opening and were seated right away. The service was kind and helpful for choosing our meals. We had the eggplant parm 10/10 & chicken parm 10/10. Would recommend.
